Adaptor
Should you need an adaptor please contact Guest Services. We kindly request you to return the adaptors upon check out.

Air-Condition
All rooms are equipped with an air conditioning unit. Your terrace door must be closed at all times for the air condition to operate effectively. If you require assistance, please contact Guest Services. We kindly request you to help us save the environment by switching off the air conditioning when leaving your room.

Bathroom Amenities
We are pleased to provide our guests with complimentary bathroom amenities.

Bath Towels & Beach Towels
Bath towels and beach towels are provided in your room. Should you require additional fresh towels please contact Guest Services. Our Green policy states that our Room Attendants will only replaces the towels found on the floor.

Bathrobes & Slippers
Each room provides bathrobes and slippers for guest use. You are welcome to keep the slippers after use.

Bottle Opener
A bottle opener can be found in the kitchen, please contact Guest Services.

Electricity
The electricity voltage is 220 Volts. According to the Greek law, the use of personal irons, water heaters and such are not allowed in guest rooms for your own safety. In the case of power outage a generator will operate automatically.

Housekeeping
Should you require additional pillows, blankets or other services regarding housekeeping, please contact Guest Services. During your stay at Lindos Heritage 1883 you will receive maid service once per day. Should you not wish any of these services please hang the “do not disturb” sign outside the guest door.

Internet
Wi-Fi Internet is available in your room for free.

Laundry & Dry Cleaning
Laundry service is available; please see the attached price list and instructions
in the wardrobe. Regular services will be delivered at the same day. Dry cleaning might take one day, for same day delivery please note there will be a surcharge.

Maintenance
In case of any maintenance issues please contact the Guest Services at your earliest convenience.

Mini Bar
A mini-bar is provided in the guest room.

Messages, Mail & Fax
If you would like to send a message to another guest you may contact Guest Services. If there is a message for you, you will be informed by Guest Services or the message will be delivered to your room.

‘Please Do not Disturb’
If you do not wish to be disturbed, please hang the sign provided on the door knob outside your room or simply press the button next to bed or to the entrance. As general villa etiquette, please respect your neighbors.

Smoking
According to the European Union Regulations, smoking is strictly forbidden in the guest rooms and all the inside areas. You may smoke outside on your balcony and designated outside areas.

Water
Tap water is drinkable, however, we recommend you to drink bottled water during your stay. The hotel’s bar offers a selection of local bottled water.
